No job is too big or too small for Landmark Planning.We have extensive experience in residential planning and design and a fixed fee covers all requirements, including initial on-site consultation, fesibility study, clear, detailed drawings by our in-house designers and architects, and submission of the planning application. We are fully prepared to take matters to appeal should this be necessary.
Our applications to a local authority normally result in decisions within the statutory period of eight weeks. We provide skilled negotiation, attendance at relevant council meetings if required, changes to drawings and anything else in the run-up to planning approval.
Our recent successes include single and two storey extensions and roof alterations, and the demolition and replacement of properties in the Green Belt.
